About me

My name is Eric Johnson, and bodybuilding is more than a passion—it’s my purpose. From a young age, I’ve been captivated by the complexity of the human body, how it moves, grows, and transforms. I spent much of my early life on the soccer field, chasing a dream. But as a late bloomer, I often found myself sidelined—not because of lack of skill, but because of my size.That all changed when my father introduced me to the weight room. The moment I gripped that first barbell, it was as if a spark ignited inside me. I fell head over heels for bodybuilding. The challenge, the science, the art of sculpting muscle—it consumed me. I wanted to know everything. How does the body work? How can you push it to its limits and beyond?Determined to find answers, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, diving deep into the mechanics of the human body. I didn’t stop there. I graduated from J3 University, led by the brilliant IFBB Pro John Jewett. Under his guidance, I gained a profound understanding of the science behind bodybuilding coaching—the strategies, the variables, and the magic of transformation.I’ve devoured countless books on diet and training, leaving no stone unturned in my quest for knowledge. My vision is crystal clear: I will become a professional bodybuilder and one of the industry’s most sought-after coaches.This journey isn’t just about me. It’s about inspiring others to break through their own limits, to see what’s possible when passion meets perseverance. I’m driven to share my knowledge, to help others transform not just their bodies but their lives. This form is designed with carefully crafted questions to help me understand your unique training history, lifestyle, and dietary needs. I always encourage my clients to be as detailed as possible because the more I know, the better I can tailor a plan that aligns with your specific goals and routine.Unlike generic “cookie-cutter” programs, every plan I create is custom-built for you. Your plan will reflect your unique needs, preferences, and daily schedule.From there, we’ll set a check-in day, which is vital for your progress. These check-ins allow me to evaluate your progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure you’re consistently moving toward your goals. Remember, anyone can hand out a diet plan and leave you to figure it out—but that’s not how I work.With Team Reaper, you’re never alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way, providing guidance, answering questions, and supporting you through the process. Whether through WhatsApp or Kahunas—the coaching app I use to streamline communication—you’ll have direct access to me whenever you need assistance.This isn’t just coaching; it’s a partnership built for your success.
